If you are willing to spend £800 on graphics cards that only support a handful of the most popular games and benchmarks, then by all means go ahead. For the vast majority of users however, a single X850 XT will be a far more sensible purchase. This HIS variant is as quiet as you would expect from the IceQ cooler, and also performs better than the new stock cooler. Dual DVI is also a very attractive addition, making this the most desirable graphics card currently available. Highly Recommended. "

[5 Stars] Another focal point of this HIS model is the turbo mode operation that boosts its clock speed from 425/860MHz to a whopping 460/960MHz. The best part is that you can safely use this mode without any consideration because the guarantee for the HIS Radeon X700Pro IceQ Turbo VIVO endorses this mode.

This is a great example of enhancements and innovation over standard ATI Radeon X850XT and X800XL reference designs. Both cards also exhibited excellent stability and headroom to spare for overclocking whether at factory tested "iTurbo" speeds or pushed even further beyond. What impressed us the most was how quiet yet very effective the cooling solutions are on these cards. At no point during testing did either card spin up fast enough that the fans were even audible above our stock Intel P4 cooler. They were easily the quietest high-end cards we've had the pleasure of not hearing in our test lab thus far.

ATi based cards have always been the underdog with Open GL, but even so, this card still made a good showing. At the lower resolutions, the X700Pro had a consistent, if small lead in Direct3D based games. And though it fell behind at the 1600 resolution, it wasn't enough to matter. The image quality was good enough that I couldn't tell the difference between the two cards in all of the screen shots that I took".

Size - The outstanding cooler comes with a price as it takes up two slots, is very long and thick. Accessories - Comes with HDTV and S-video/composite VIVO cables, great video editing software, and some pretty decent games.
