HIS has won over 1000 awards with ATI graphic solution from major media worldwide.
Pros
-Very good cooling performance
-Low temperature level
-Good Price-Performance ratio
"This card HIS R9 280X IceQ2 completely convinced me.
While some would argue that the overclocking is limited, I mostly see a stable map with a ratio of 3Kh / s per watt
A card with a better Quality ASIC should be able to get even better ratio kH / w level. I highly recommend this card."

"HIS R9 280X reduced load temperatures by 15% when compared to the AMD reference card.
R9 280X iPower IceQ X² Turbo was actually 4% faster than the GeForce GTX 770 on average, which is quite a shocking discovery given it costs 20% less than the cheapest GTX 770.
It does appear that they are better value than Nvidia’s re-runs.
R9 280X iPower IceQ X² Turbo is ideal for gaming at 1920x1200 and even 2560x1600, while the R9 270X iPower IceQ X² Turbo is best at 1920x1200."
