HIS has won over 1700 awards with AMD graphic solutions from major media worldwide.
Bona Fide Reviews
[Great Product] When looking at the performance of a single X1600 Pro card in our benchmarks and considering it's sub-$100 price tag, it makes a good case for itself. It ran all of our benchmark games at 1280x1024 resolution with high quality settings turned on above the comfortable 30FPS mark.
[Pass Hexus Labs] HIS's X1600XT iTurbo is in front most of the time. Using either approach, it's going to be an HIS card that gets the finger. It's only fair to judge based on outright performance really, so the HIS X1600XT IceQ Turbo takes the crown.
[Good Product Award]
Compared to a similar price NVIDIA-product like the 7600GS the HIS X1600 Pro IceQ Turbo performs well. The card would fit well into a HTPC though since it still supports both AVIVO, Dual Link DVI and has a good and silent cooler. Pro + Cheap + Runs cool and silent + Does not need a master card for Crossfire on Xpress1600 and Xpress3200 motherboards + Good performance at this price point + AVIVO
So if you are looking for an ATI solution to counter GeForce 6600GT, this model from HIS won't let you down.
