I bought this card in May 2008 and I am still very happy with it.
The cooling is excellent, the direct exhaust construction works very well. The fan is very quiet even in 3D when gaming. The card is beautifully built.
I'm playing Oblivion at almost maxed settings very smoothly with it (using some modding community tools like Streamline and OSR in addition). Even after long gaming sessions the card never gets hotter than 65 degrees Celsius.
My next card is going to be another ATI, and I'll be buying it from HIS.
